An article in the Blues Cruise website starts out like this:

Features five originals and songs by Memphis Minnie (as popularized by Led Zeppelin), Gov’t Mule, Bruce Springsteen, Jimmy Cliff, Captain Beefheart, JJ Grey & Mofro.
Buckwheat does his own rendition of "The Wrong Side" with JJ singing background and playing keyboard. There are 5 Buckwheat originals and 6 covers including Wrong Side, and songs from Warren Haynes, Bruce Springsteen, and Joe McCoy.
Warren Haynes, Sonny Landreth and Trombone Shorty also sit in on some of the songs.

Buckwheat was, if I am not mistaken, just up here again in the PNW, and again, I missed him. But now I feel a bit better knowing that the fine folks at Alligator Records have put these two cats together on a musical venture. Man there are so many pairings that need to be done musically. Feel free to create you wish list.
I checked on my "pre-order" from the website I ordered from, and they said that since my CD has not shipped yet, the release date may have been pushed back a week or two. Has anyone else ran into this? Thanks!

I was driving around today in New Orleans, and I heard Buckwheat Zydeco's version of "The Wrong Side" on the WWOZ radio station. Loved it, but I had heard JJ sits in with Buckwheat on this album. Who has heard the entire album? What song does JJ sing with Buckwheat? I need to order my own copy.
Edit: I see above that JJ sings backup on that song. Hmm, I just didn't hear him. It was too subtle in my opinion.
